Responsibilities :
- Process assignments, policy documentation, and insurance paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and ensure transparency throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline claim handling and resolve issues promptly.
- Deliver exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to professionalism, dependability, and compassion.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records using company systems to ensure all information is organized and accessible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey confidence and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under time-sensitive conditions.
- Familiarity with customer service software, CRM platforms, and email correspondence.
- Experience in call center environments or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Background in funeral service, insurance, or financial services is a plus, though not mandatory.
- A focused demeanor and a genuine desire to assist clients during critical moments.
