JOB SUMMARY

The role within FSL Operations is responsible for servicing a loan portfolio comprised of bilateral and syndicated loans. This includes facilities where Client is the sole lender of record, administrative agent and lender on syndicated facilities, or lender in a third-party agent’s syndicate. The position ensures accurate processing, reporting, and reconciliation of loan activities while providing high-quality service to clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process borrowing / funding and settlement / paydown requests received from clients or agents and record them accurately in Morgan Stanley’s books and records.
• Prepare and distribute notices (e.g., funding, paydown, rate-set) to clients and / or syndicate lenders.
• Prepare and distribute periodic interest and fee invoices to clients; reconcile with third-party agent notices when applicable.
• Process interest and fees into books and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform daily review of exception / break reports (including cash suspense and past dues) and take corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to ongoing and ad hoc inquiries / requests from clients, third-party agents, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Business Unit, Financial Controllers).
