About The Role :
The Retail & QSR Manager plays a vital leadership role in the daily operations of the Tin Building's Quick Service counters, Non-Perishables Market, Front End, and Ice Cream Shop. Reporting directly to the AGM, this position is hands-on, floor-focused, and responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving operational excellence, staff development, and financial targets. This role blends strategic execution with frontline leadership setting the tone for a culture of hospitality, efficiency, and high performance.
What You Will Do
About You :
Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume QSR or hybrid retail environment or upscale food hall model preferred. Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams. Track record of achieving financial targets and service excellence in fast-paced operations. Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and digital. Highly adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure. Hands-on leadership style with an eye for detail and quality. Experience with scheduling, inventory, POS systems. Passion for hospitality, food, and elevating the customer experience. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand for extended periods and move about the store frequently. Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for prolong periods of time. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the store. Bend, lift, carry, reach / extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment. Climbing steps regularly.
Compensation range : $65,000 $75,000 per year.
