Join Barclays as a Securitized Products Origination Structurer, where you will coordinate with internal and external deal teams, rating agencies, investors and accountants to execute term ABS and warehouse lending positions for the firm. Create highly detailed cashflow models, in Excel and Intex, to evaluate and optimize transaction structures. Quantify, evaluate credit risk on lending opportunities as well as prepare, and tie-out structures and documented analytics with accountants. You will also, coordinate with sales force and investor community during deal marketing and review and comment on legal documentation for term ABS and warehouse lending.

To be successful as a Securitized Products Origination Structurer, you should have experience with :

• Term ABS or asset-based lending transactions
• Quantitative / Analytical acumen
• Firm understanding of bond math
• Advanced skills in Excel

Minimum Salary : $125,000

Maximum Salary : $175,000
