Project Accountant

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to join their Shared Services Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with contract documents, change orders, and project accounting and billing

Prepare and review project setup modification forms and invoices for accuracy

Train Project Accounting Assistants on project billing terms and functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3+ years of project cost accounting experience

Experience in the Architecture / Engineering consulting industry is highly desired

Proven experience managing medium to large scale projects

Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus

Experience with Prevailing Wage regulations is a plus
