Job Description
Responsible for the mail processing, general maintenance and orderliness of the offices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Check conference room schedules daily. Set up tables and chairs in conference rooms.
- Oversee maintenance of and schedule of document shredding.
- Oversee office supply stock room, keeps inventory of stock and orders stock.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies
- Assist with processing outgoing mail.
- Maintain postage meter and equipment
- Process and deliver incoming mail to appropriate department and as backup to ADRC Department mail as needed.
- Ensure envelope and supply requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Make office rounds to make sure common space areas are neat and orderly.
- Provide routine maintenance of and / or minor repairs to office equipment and machines.
- Coordinate with building owners (CHANO) regarding building / structure needs or repairs.
- Escort service contractors through CICOA offices. (Cannon, CHANO, ProShred)
- Perform agency errands and make deliveries.
- Provide technical assistance for group meetings / presentations / trainings
- Receive deliveries and notifies appropriate department. Assists with placement and / or storage of delivered goods.
- Be an active member of the safety committee
- Assist the Options Counselor / ADRC staff with follow-up requests, waitlist requests and mailings, web referrals, appointment scheduling, and other duties as assigned.
- Document necessary information in Navigate and CaMSS accurately, and timely
- Assist with CHAT data entry as needed
- Provide assistance to Reception Staff as needed for breaks and general coverage.
- Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8am-5pm
