Captain

The Lambs Club, a distinguished fine dining establishment, seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Captain to elevate our guest experience. We are particularly interested in candidates with a deep understanding of the Burgundy wine region.

The perfect candidate should have a proven ability to guide guests through exceptional selections. Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Michelin restaurants.
• In depth knowledge of food, spirits, cocktails, and wines.
• Must have full availability (Nights, weekends, holidays).
• A strong work ethic is a must.
• Team player mentality - must be able to work well with others.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multitask.
• Ability to understand and speak about menu items.
• Maintain composure during busy times.
• Must have a complete understanding of fine dining service.
• Ability to suggest menu items and upsell.
• Must be able to problem solve and be open to constructive criticism.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Candidates with sommelier certification a bonus.

Base pay range : $11.00 / hr - $11.00 / hr
