Our team is growing in the Southern GA / Jacksonville FL area, and we are looking for a Sheet Metal Superintendent to support projects at Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base in Saint Mary's, GA. Sheet Metal Superintendents are responsible for daily supervision, direction and coordination of all Sheet Metal activities, assigned crews, and subcontractors on a project jobsite to safely produce quality work, within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all sheet metal construction, augmenting coordination with plumbing, insulation, pipefitting, and welding teams.
• Manage and oversee sheet metal crews and relevant subcontractors to ensure work meets project specifications, timeline, and standards.
• Maintain robust compliance with safety regulations, quality thresholds, and project guidelines, aligned with RQC's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Collaborate closely with the overall Superintendent to integrate sheet metal work with multiple trades on fast-paced construction sites.
• Ensure mechanical installations are performed according to government / military standards and building codes.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve sheet metal-related issues to keep projects running smoothly.
• Cultivate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment across all mechanical disciplines.
