ERP Systems Analyst in Los Angeles,CA

One of our clients in Los Angeles is looking for an ERP Systems Analyst with the following skills and experience :

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in administering and managing our organization's systems.

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, adapting them to fit new business processes, troubleshooting vendor-related issues, and implementing system improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand business requirements to effectively adapt systems to fit new business processes.
• Troubleshoot issues with vendors and external partners, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for system improvements and implement solutions to enhance support reliability.
• Administer and manage various systems, with a focus on ERP systems, to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Conduct testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, assisting with system-related inquiries and issues.
• Maintain documentation and records of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in systems analysis, administration, or management, preferably in a business or enterprise environment.
• Strong technical proficiency, with expertise in SQL scripting and possibly basic PowerShell or another programming language.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous, especially in accounting-related areas, but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certification in systems analysis or related field.
• Previous experience in application management or support.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, order management systems, or other business applications.
• Experience with system testing and validation methodologies.
