Requirements :

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. A shift manager leads the staff and other managers during the shift to ensure the best quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Shift managers perform various tasks, such as planning each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking measures to ensure the team meets McDonalds standards, overseeing safety and profitability, and communicating with the next shift manager to prepare them to also manage an excellent shift. Shift managers may also be responsible for meeting goals during their shifts and helping assigned departments achieve them.

As a shift manager, you may be responsible for :

• Food safety

• Daily maintenance and cleaning
• Crew management
• Quality food production
• Exceptional customer service
• Safety and security
• Scheduling
• Training

Previous leadership experience, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality, is valued. We seek individuals who are proactive, have a flexible schedule, enjoy the fun, and have a passion for working in the dynamic environment of McDonalds. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate restaurants.
