Required Qualifications

10+ years in marketing technology with 5+ years in strategic or leadership roles

Deep expertise with Adobe Stack and Pega decisioning platforms is preferred

Hands-on experience with AI / ML technologies and frameworks

Proven track record of cost optimizations through stack rationalization

B2B marketing experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
