About this role :

As the Digital Marketing Analyst at Kidde Global Services (KGS), you’ll lead the analysis of digital media campaigns and website traffic to drive strategic marketing decisions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Paid Media & Analytics, you'll turn data into actionable insights that boost engagement, improve ROI, and uncover new opportunities to connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze digital marketing performance to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports across platforms (Google, Facebook, Retail Media, etc.).
  • Manage data workflows for Media Mix Modeling (MMM), including collection, cleansing, and integration.
  • Track and optimize search, social, and web content performance to increase conversion and LTV via Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Implement and manage tracking tools (e.g., event / conversion tracking on web / mobile via Google Tag Manager).
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends to inform strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance to maximize ROAS and guide creative and audience strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendor partners to optimize media performance.
  • Identify testing opportunities and creative enhancements to improve campaign results.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years in digital marketing analytics, website analysis, or media planning.
  • 2+ years of experience with tag manager systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe experience platform or Tealium iQ).
  • 2+ years of experience with web analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, Datorama, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic VBA).
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, or other coding scripts to work in GTM, GA4, and other tools. SQL coding experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience supporting Media Mix Modeling.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or comparable databases.
  • Google Analytics certification preferred.

  • Compensation and Benefits :

    The base salary range for this role is $72,314- $85,075. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
