Job description
Working remotely, the full-time Quality Assurance Analyst will analyze customer complaints and calls, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistent quality of service by enforcing company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities Analyze orders and customer satisfaction issues, developing corrective action plans as needed Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of procedures and policies within the organization Communicate proactively with the QA&A team regarding problems and issues to ensure operational compliance Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with platforms utilized by the company, such as Package Tracker, ZenQMS, Zendesk, and WorkRamp Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as business needs require Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills Complete understanding of the company's products, services, and strategic business goals
