Program Manager

The Technology Deployment team's mission is to implement R1's product suite for our clients in a timely, quality-driven manner. The Program Manager plays a critical role in such success, as they are charged with being the primary Technology Deployment representation for an end-to-end engagement for both the client and within R1. They are charged with working seamlessly as a part of the broader Customer Onboarding process, strategizing prioritization and coordination with clients. They will be able to speak to key details of all inflight work for their client via a singular, cohesive, communication plan, and leverage that to help drive to successful, on-time deployments. They will also be instrumental in contributing to regular report outs of the overall Technology Deployment portfolio, used for internally for matters of revenue forecasting, budgeting, and other administrative needs.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $66,185.60 - $114,114.48 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
