Key Duties :

• Elicit functional requirements / specifications to support client forms and notices.
• Ensure system design allows rapid development and deployment of ad-hoc communications.
• Identify process flows and dependencies to enable the generation of client-facing forms in 12 languages.
• Review requirements with stakeholders for their approval.
• Provide management reporting and information dissemination.
• Analyze and document current systems and processes.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis tools such as JIRA, Balsamiq & MS Visio.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working and coordinating with technical teams to document business and functional requirements.
• Minimum 4 years of experience overseeing project deliverables.
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing the data model and application prototypes.
