Pride Health is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our client's medical facility in Dallas TX 75247 . This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Title : Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location : Dallas TX 75247
Pay Range : $16.70 per hour
Schedule : Monday -Friday 8am-5pm(40 hrs per week)
Duration : 3 Months+
The salary is determined by an individual's level of experience, as well as any relevant licenses and certifications they may hold.
Responsibilities :
- Unload trucks and receive incoming shipments.
- Inspect, verify, and process all received materials and enter data into the Materials Management System.
- Notify Warehouse Supervisor of any discrepancies between shipments and documentation.
- Prepare and document outbound shipments.
- Manage returned goods in accordance with company SOPs.
- Deliver stock to appropriate staging areas and storage locations.
- Store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation based on receipt and expiration dates.
- Identify and report short-dated materials to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory.
- Pick, pack, and deliver both internal and external orders as needed.
- Prepack bulk materials into smaller units as required.
- Maintain accurate record storage and retrieval systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand carts safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations (OSHA, CLIA, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required :
