Dollar Tree's fully automated retail distribution center located in Chesapeake, VA is currently looking for Department Managers to add to our Warehouse Management team so they can lead a team of warehouse associates in successfully meeting operational goals within an assigned department and across an assigned shift. This position is essential to ensuring we can meet our production goals in a fast-paced 24 / 7 / 365 operation.

As the 3rd Shift Department Manager, your team is scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM. In this role, you are expected to be on-site one hour before the shift begins to prepare assignments and the plan for the day, and to stay at least one hour after the shift ends. You will be responsible for overseeing distribution operations and ensuring the timely movement and delivery of goods.

Warehouse Management at Dollar Tree is responsible for :
