We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and personable candidate for our Mitigation or Reconstruction Project Manager Estimator position.

What are the Qualifications?

• Minimum of 3 years Mitigation or ReconstructionProject Management / Estimating after water, fire or disaster damage
• Xactimate and working for a disaster restoration company
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills, with ability to learn new software
• Ability to work safely as defined by company safety standards and procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, utilizing construction estimating software and tools such as Xactimate.
• Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of the mitigation project.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in project management techniques to oversee the entire mitigation project from start to finish.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
• Possess a valid driver's license to travel to project sites and conduct site visits as needed.
• Utilize computer skills to input project data, generate reports, and communicate project information effectively.

Pay : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Compensation package :
