Clinical Grievance Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Clinical Grievance and Appeals Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Support clinical programs related to drug therapy and identify opportunities for improvement

Perform quality reviews of prior authorization forms and monitor the grievance and appeals process

Provide clinical expertise for formulary decisions and participate in audits as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D

Current unrestricted licensure as an RPh in the home office state or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months

Minimum of two years of clinical experience or completion of a clinical or managed care pharmacy residency preferred

Knowledge of PBM industry and proficiency in drug literature evaluation preferred

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
