We are seeking a dedicated individual with an accounting background and an interest in technology to join our team as a Staff Accountant. We want someone looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for handling tasks such as monthly reconciliations, deposits, and invoicing.

What you will do :

• Prepare sales tax return
• Assist with customer invoicing
• Create and update software pricing quotes
• Send out statements and collect aging accounts receivable
• Pay vendors invoices in a timely manner
• Manage customer support renewal contracts
• Enter deposits and manage receipts
• Create event invitations
• Answer and direct support calls
• Assist consultants with scheduling
