Job Summary :

As part of a development team, analyze business requirements and design technical solutions. Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Handle complex problems independently, demonstrating analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Analyze system requirements, including program interactions and interfaces.
• Recommend development of new code or reuse of existing code.
• Lead projects, assign tasks, coordinate efforts, and monitor performance.
• Suggest new technologies and methodologies; stay current with technological advancements.
• Evaluate hardware configuration needs based on reporting, cost, and security factors.
• Participate in software testing, validation, programming, and documentation.
• Provide technical advice and solve programming issues.
• Write and review system specifications, including output requirements and flowcharts.
• Assist in preparing project plans with project management tools.
• Review test results, document activities, and record remedial actions.
• Ensure proper analysis to prevent rework and schedule delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
