Independent Nurse Practitioner – Rochester, NY

Rochester Regional Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners who thrive in their independence to join some of our premier primary care sites that are continuing to expand as the health system grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimum two (2) years of full time clinical practice as Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care Site
• EPIC EMR System-preferred
• Serve all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics (FNP-PC or AGNP-PC)
• Several practice options to meet your work life balance
• Ability to work independently to the full extent of your NP training and licensure
• On call shared with rest of the providers in a practice

PAY TRANSPARENCY

In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include : productivity and / or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.

PAY RANGE $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
