Senior Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications :

• Oversee project management processes and procedures with a team of 3 PM's, 2 PE's and a volume of $10M-$15M projects. Mechanical knowledge / experience required.
• Ensure daily huddles are completed and address any issues that may arise in the huddles. Keep the lines of communication open between PM, office, shop, and field.
• Attend all project handover and job start meetings and ensure they are timely and complete.
• Oversee monthly project reviews. Ensure proper buy out, scheduling, cost projecting, and billing.
• Effectively manage and understand the financial health of all projects through monthly job costing reports.
• Monitor project starts and closeouts, keep a master schedule of the Paradigm backlog.
• Mentor project management team, provide training opportunities and a path for growth.
• Assist with client / jobsite / employee concerns and issues.
• Keep a presence in the field with the subcontractor and field teams.
