Role Description

This is an Independent Contractor role for both new and experienced Real Estate Brokers, based in Port Orchard, WA, with flexibility to work in-office and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Brokers are responsible for managing the full scope of real estate activities including client engagement, property marketing, negotiations, and closings.
• Through personalized coaching, proven systems, and ongoing education, our brokers are empowered to grow sustainable, relationship-based businesses built on referrals and trust. You'll have access to in-office support, mentorship, professional training, and our signature "Engage, Elevate, Ignite" programs designed to help you thrive.
