Essential Functions for the Payroll Specialist :
- The Payroll Specialist will process biweekly payroll.
- Audit timesheets : review and analyze payroll data for accuracy.
- Stay up to date on payroll laws and regulations.
- Run payroll reports.
- Track and manage mileage.
Preferred Requirements for the Payroll Specialist :
- The Payroll Specialist must have experience processing payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The Payroll Specialist should have flexibility and be open to changes.
- Experience and proficiency in ADP and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
