Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop relationship managers to provide high-quality service to private clients
Drive KPIs across revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform through data-driven analysis and strategy execution
Serve as the executive point of contact for top private clients, building deep relationships and trust
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in relationship management, private client services, or institutional sales, including 2+ years in the crypto space
3+ years of experience leading sales teams and delivering measurable results in revenue growth
Proven success in managing client programs and sales enablement tools
Highly data-driven with expertise in analyzing KPIs related to client portfolios
Deep understanding of trading product solutions and cryptocurrency ecosystems
