Principal Project Manager, Engineering

The Planning Yard organization is looking for a strong multifunction leader to support all Planning Yard (PY) contracts. Operating within the Business Operating System (BOS), the Project Managers primary objectives will be to support growth of the Planning Yard business, identify process improvements while driving lean projects to completion, and develop / utilize contracts that will lead to future improvements for our customer.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management :

• Generate and evaluate growth projects through comprehensive project management.
• Work with a team and / or independently to vet growth projects with customer(s) and stakeholders for approval and implementation.
• Lead proposals, define project timelines, secure appropriate funding, and lead growth projects to holistic completion.
• Manage budgets, develop funding plans and associated processes while routinely providing updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance is required. This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration and you must be able to obtain an interim security clearance within the first 45 days of hire.
