Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications : :

  • 1+ years of management experience in an upscale-casual, scratch kitchen environment
  • Must have strong tenure, no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong beer, liquor and wine knowledge
  • Full-service dining background
