General Manager of HRIS

A company is looking for a General Manager, HRIS and Engage.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide hands-on leadership and drive execution to advance the business

Develop comprehensive business strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets

Partner with the product team to create HRIS and Engage solutions that meet customer needs

Qualifications :

15+ years of experience in operations and / or human capital management

Proven success in scaling high-growth businesses and managing P&L performance

Experience leading complex, global teams in fast-paced environments

Deep understanding of customer needs and translating insights into strategies

Strong domain expertise in HR tech, particularly in HRIS or Engage
