Senior Software Engineer

Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in either Charlotte, NC or Mooresville, NC.

Our retail client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate : $70.00 - $75.00 / hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate;

other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer :

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs
• Deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions
• Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions
• Partner with Product Team to understand business needs and functional specifications
• Ensure specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs
• Evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet specifications and architectural standards
• Coordinate, execute, and participate in CIT scenarios, SIT, and UAT to identify application errors
• Automate and simplify team development, test, and operations processes
• Develop detailed architecture plans for large scale enterprise architecture projects and drives the plans to fruition
• Solve complex architecture / design and business problems

Requirements of the Senior Software Engineer :

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in database technologies
• At least 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles
