Industrial Engineer

Job Description :

• Monitor use of performance management tools for accurate data collection and provide updates to leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost).
• Perform work measurement on several of the key manufacturing constraints to better capture root causes of production losses.
• Implement best practices and develop standard work.
• Update work instructions or process instructions.
• Engage daily with operators on the floor.
• Troubleshoot process / equipment issues with operators, maintenance, and / or process engineering.
• Conduct safety audits and assist in investigating any safety incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality concerns.
