Job Description : Senior Property Manager

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to provide great customer service to our residents, direction for the onsite staff and partner with our community advocates to create a thriving, safe and vibrant location to call "home". The chosen candidate will manage Boulevard Court . This property is a former Budget Inn Motel that has been completely renovated and now offers 75 units of permanently affordable housing for formerly homeless individuals with disabilities.

Duties :

• Ensures that rent collection procedures are followed, and benchmarks are achieved.
• Ensures that occupancy levels are at budgeted levels and higher, where possible.
• Ensures that the rents allowed under the regulatory programs are being achieved, where possible.
• Ensures that property budgets are followed and achieved, where possible.
• Ensures that property expenses are regularly reviewed and effectively managed to adhere to budgeted guidelines.
