Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Revenue Integrity Manager

Oversee pharmacy revenue processes from charge capture through reimbursement

Monitor KPIs, audits, and compliance to identify risks and revenue leakage

Requirements for the Pharmacy Revenue Integrity Manager

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)

5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, with 2+ in pharmacy revenue integrity or compliance

Strong knowledge of pharmacy billing, coding, charge capture, and reimbursement workflows

Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other revenue cycle systems

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance (CMS, payer requirements, HIPAA)
