Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Program Manager where you will lead and manage tasks of moderate to substantial complexity. This role requires a detailed understanding and application of discipline-specific guidelines to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Prior experience in working in a migration project, e.g. cloud migration
- Proven experience in managing multiple teams or projects
- Experience in leading Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to influence short-term operational goals
- Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards
