Bank of America's Restaurant Group is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Group provides financing for restaurant operating companies, franchisors, and multi-unit, franchisee owner / operators of select national / regional restaurant concepts, generally with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion. Targeted size of client is over 20 units if a franchisee and over $50mm in revenue if an operating company or franchisor. The Restaurant Group also provides financing available for new unit development and remodels, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and working capital.
This job is responsible for providing advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact or trusted advisor and acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships, collaborating with teammates, and facilitating relationship management with Product Specialists. Job expectations include having knowledge of the banks products and services in order to identify business development, cross-selling opportunities for new and existing clients as well as focusing on overall client satisfaction.
