Technical Architect DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure & CI / CD

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Architect with deep expertise in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and CI / CD. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will architect, design, and guide the development of our flagship assets and IP. You will ensure our solutions are built to the highest standards and be instrumental in taking them to market. Your ability to mentor young talent and articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience will be key to your success.

Role and Responsibilities

• Architecture & Engineering Leadership : Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and cost-effective multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
• Architect and own the end-to-end CI / CD pipeline, leveraging Jenkins, Lightspeed, ensuring rapid, reliable, and automated deployments to production and marketplace environments.
• Define Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards using tools like Terraform, Ansible and enforce best practices across the team.
• Lead the technical design of applications for the AWS Marketplace and GCP Marketplace, ensuring they meet all platform-specific requirements.
• Familiar with TOGAF or other architectural methodologies, experience in employing a reference architecture-based solution development approach.
• Serve as the primary technical mentor for a team of interns and junior engineers, providing day-to-day guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight.
• Develop training materials and lead workshops on cloud technologies, DevOps principles, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and security.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.
