The Public Relations and Communications Assistant will play a crucial role in executing performance-driven campaigns with high-profile clients, working on innovative strategies to drive their company and brands forward while increasing their bottom line.
Responsibilities Include :
- Managing and executing projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Integrating PR campaigns with customer promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and key accounts.
- Coordinating in-store service events and ensuring successful operation.
- Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services.
- Developing and refining measurement strategies for PR campaigns with the Marketing Manager.
- Creating promotional marketing materials and handling visual merchandising.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel.
- Keeping accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory.
- Identifying new opportunities and efficiency innovations.
- Potential consideration for senior campaign management roles based on performance.

Requirements :
- College degree or in the process of completion preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or internship in a related field is an asset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Level-headed problem solver with a professional, service-oriented attitude.
- Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail.
- Adaptable, dependable, and responsible.
- Basic understanding of public relations, communications, and marketing concepts and sales strategy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
