Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Compliance and Practice Improvement to join our team.

Starting Salary : $ 75,000 (Annual Salary)

We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Quality Compliance and Practice Improvement Senior Manager to lead compliance monitoring, policy development, and practice improvement efforts related to court-mandated settlement agreements and consent decrees in child welfare. This role ensures legal integrity, promotes best practices, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous learning across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Monitor compliance with court-mandated settlement agreements and consent decrees in child welfare cases.
  • Conduct reviews and audits of settlement implementation processes and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and legal integrity.
  • Ensure all related activities are compliant with federal, state, and local child welfare regulations.
  • Translate complex legal concepts and compliance expectations into accessible materials for non-legal audiences.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following :

  • Juris Doctor
  • 3-5 years of experience in legal compliance, quality assurance, or legal policy development related to child welfare.
  • Familiarity with child welfare systems, court-involved cases, performance improvement plans, consent decrees, and regulatory settlements.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy writing and revision, legal analysis, and process improvement.
  • Submission of a 3-5-page writing sample demonstrating analytical and legal writing ability (preferably related to child welfare or public policy) required prior to interview.
  • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
  • A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
