HR Generalist / Recruiter (Full-Time, In-Person)

Overview : We're looking for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can own both recruiting and core human resource functions. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who loves engaging with people and is ready to expand beyond recruiting into broader HR responsibilities.

This person will work closely with leadership and department heads to recruit top talent, manage day-to-day HR operations, and help shape a positive, high-performance company culture.

Responsibilities

Recruiting (approx. 50%) :

• Own full-cycle recruiting : source, screen, schedule, and close candidates across sales, customer success, engineering, and other departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and write compelling job descriptions.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and career events.
• Provide a top-notch candidate experience from first contact to offer letter.
• Maintain and report on recruitment metrics using our ATS.
