We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Engagement & Booking Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients as they plan and coordinate their experiences, including accommodations, transportation, and activities. Youll provide outstanding service, ensure seamless coordination, and help create memorable client experiences from start to finish all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, timelines, and goals.
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, and related services using digital booking tools.
- Provide timely confirmations, updates, and itinerary information to clients.
- Manage changes, cancellations, or special requests with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain organized client records and track all reservations efficiently.
- Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Stay informed about current offerings, destinations, and seasonal trends.
Qualifications :
