Salary Range : $128,000 – $151,150

We’re seeking a Director of Labor Relations — a strategic, collaborative leader who will guide the organization’s labor relations strategy, foster positive union partnerships, and ensure fair and effective administration of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). This role is central to our mission of creating a workplace where employees are valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead negotiations and serve as the Agency’s chief representative in collective bargaining.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with labor unions and employee groups.
• Advise leadership on all labor relations matters, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Coordinate with department leadership to develop arbitration strategy, conduct investigations, and ensure contract compliance and proper administration.
• Partner with leaders to align labor strategies with organizational goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and resource on complex employee relations issues.

What You Bring

SHRM-CP or CLRP certification preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or JD strongly preferred.

Certification

SHRM-CP or CLRP preferred.

Experience

10 (ten) years required in labor relations with multi-contract, multi-union, and complex environments.

5 (five) years required in leadership.
