Deputy Facilities Project Manager

The Deputy Project Manager is responsible for assuming the duties of the Facilities Operations Manager when they are unavailable. This position will oversee a team of facility maintenance technicians and facility operations specialists. Projects range from regular preventative and reactive maintenance to minor construction projects. The ideal candidate comes from a similar background of managing the O&M ticket system and oversight over the equipment project installation.

A minimum 5 years of recent experience (within the past 7 years) in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for large commercial office buildings. Experience in a buildings of a similar size (1,000,000 sf portfolio within a single time frame)
