Overview
Good Shepherd Catholic Church & School is seeking a part-time Facilities & Vendor Coordinator to support the Director of Operations in managing vendor relationships, ensuring building maintenance, and promoting a safe and welcoming environment for our parish and school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor contracts, performance, and compliance.
- Manage the parish work order system and support timely repairs.
- Conduct walkthroughs to identify facility and safety needs.
- Assist with OSHA compliance, inspections, and safety committee work.
- Maintain building access systems, logs, and records.
- Support facility scheduling, set-ups, and communication with parish staff.
Position Details
Part-time position, 25 hours per week (7 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday).Full-time position may be possible, 40 hours per week (7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm) Monday thru Friday12-month position with benefits eligibility according to the GSGV Employee Handbook.J-18808-Ljbffr
