Hueman is partnering with a private equity-backed company to hire a full-time AR Cash Collections Specialist to join its newly established Financial Shared Services center in Atlanta, GA. This role requires in-office presence but includes flexibility.

As the AR Cash Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding customer invoices to ensure timely payment, contacting customers regarding overdue balances, resolving payment issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to minimize credit risk and improve collection efficiency.

The company is a national leader in the facility services space, with approximately $1 billion in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts, including customer communications and payment agreements.
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the AR team to address billing issues and ensure proper application of payments
• Prepare and present collections reports, including aging and delinquency metrics, to management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve collections performance.
