As a Maintenance Technician at The Madison Franklin Apartments , you’ll be at the heart of that mission : ensuring our residents live in well-maintained, comfortable, and safe spaces they’re proud to call home.

What You’ll Do :

• Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.).
• Complete service requests within 24 hours — quickly, efficiently, and with care,
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly,
• Help maintain excellent curb appeal : remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds, and more.
• Rotate on-call duties with the maintenance team for after-hours and occasional holiday / weekend support.
• Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors — and always go the extra mile for residents.
