Job descriptionEnter, update, and maintain customer and company data in various databases and software applications. Review and verify data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and security. Generate reports from databases and assist in data analysis as required. Assist in resolving data discrepancies and issues by researching and correcting entries as needed. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve accuracy. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position. Excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, and office software applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
