Job description

A company is looking for a Regional Account Team Manager to lead a team of account managers focused on client satisfaction and energy savings goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic account plans to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Analyze data and customer feedback to provide program management updates and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

5 - 7 years of experience in account management with a focus on client retention and revenue growth

Prior experience in a leadership role with strong team management skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce

Curiosity for the energy industry and a passion for driving energy usage changes
