Location : Littleton, CO (Hybrid)

Compensation : $110K–$130K base + semi-annual bonuses + full benefits

Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a passion for client service and leadership? We're seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join a dynamic public accounting environment. In this role, you'll manage client relationships, oversee a team of accounting professionals, and provide advisory support that helps businesses and nonprofits achieve their goals.

What You'll Do :

• Act as client manager, building strong relationships and advising on financial results and planning
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, including clean-up and transition of ongoing work
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries prepared by staff
• Mentor and supervise accounting team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
• Provide controller-level advisory support including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and ratio analysis
• Support audits, software conversions, payroll, sales / use tax, and monthly close activities
