Minimum Requirements :
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older
- One (1) year experience as a lead epoxy floor installer
- Valid driver's license to drive to various worksites in company vehicle throughout Willamette Valley and possibly Vancouver, WA and coastal areas if needed

Will need to pick up vehicle; if overnight time is required hotel / motel paid by the employerWill be exposed to chemicals and perform labor duties such as lift up to seventy (70) pounds of supplies, tools, and materials, bend and stand throughout entire shift and will work in various conditionsThis employer conducts a background check and a DMV records check before first day of employmentJob Duties :
Prepare surfaces for epoxy application (grinding, cleaning, etc.Mix and apply epoxy resins according to specificationsInstall decorative elements like flakes, quartz, etc.Inspect and ensure the quality of installed floorsWear, maintain and use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Follow epoxy rules, regulations, standards and safety protocols for proper handling and disposal proceduresEffective communication skills and maintain positive relationships to lead a crewMeet productivity expectations, organize tasks, and manage time effectivelyWork independently without supervision and use good judgment to assess working conditionsPerform any other duties as assignedWages / Benefits :
