Superintendent

Are you a proven manufacturing leader ready to take on your next big challenge? We're looking for an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee operations at our client's manufacturing facility. This is a high-impact leadership role with multiple Shift Supervisors reporting directly to you and the opportunity to step into the Plant Manager role in the future.

Schedule : All shifts

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000 / yr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors across all shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations.
• Monitor and drive performance in safety, quality, production, and cost goals.
• Partner with the Plant Manager on strategic planning, workforce development, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee plant-wide operations with a "big picture" mindset, ensuring uptime and overall output.
• Implement best practices to improve processes and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.
